My favorite accessory for winter (if you can call what we have in Southern California winter) is my peacoat. I’m pretty sure there’s something wrong with my head that makes all hats look terrible on me; I gave up on them years ago.

The Kathleen Kelly line I always repeat is the one where she says something like, “I live a small life.”

I absolutely LOVE hats. One of the greatest hats I ever had was one that I purchased in Dublin, Ireland. But I lost it at Disneyland and was heartbroken. I just think hats can really make an outfit. Even if it’s a lame outfit, throwing a hat into the mix ups the cuteness factor by a lot.

My Andrew doesn’t like my big earrings. Um, sorry dude. I’m still gonna wear ‘em.

I’m currently wearing a hat. It’s one of those knit floppy beanie beret things and it’s mustard yellow. And I’m wearing it because I’m on my third-day, dry-shampoo hair… but I washed my bangs so I’m sure this is totally okay. Anyway! I love hats! I think the secret to hat-wearing – or any clothing wearing! – is to wear it like you know you look great! Which I’m sure you do.

I’ve never been big into hats because they’re hard to wear unless my bangs are cut juuuuuuust so- but since right now they are, I’ve been rocking a couple.

I like them because with my short hair I feel even more like I’m from the 1920s.

I so agree on the hats! I LOVE them! Scarves also make me happy and most often in the winter I am seen wearing both, inside as well as outside, which is kinda, well, my thing I guess. That or it is much to cold in my house!

first, jaunty.
second, matt is not pleased to see a few things in my wardrobe: my cozy at-home-only (okay, and sometimes-under-pants-at-work) leg warmers and some of my ‘teacher’ shirts that he thinks make me look older than my years (to him florals = Grandma).
