Enter writer/blogger Bindu Wiles, and her amazing project 21-5-800. 21 days of doing yoga five days a week and writing 800 words a day.
I’m excited to dedicate the next three weeks to doing two things I want to do: write more and yoga more. I think that both things will help me bust outta the little rut I’ve been living in the past few weeks.
I’ll be doing some yoga at home and also using the site 750Words to do my writing. I know, I know: 800 words. But 750Words is the perfect place: it’s like blogging, except completely private. It counts words and obviously doesn’t stop you at 750. I think it’ll be easier for me to type rather than hand write my words. Plus, it’s totally private which I love.

Oh wild!! I hope you share some of your experiences with us, this will be a very cool project
Sounds interesting, and I am tempted to join in the fun. I LOVE yoga (I’ve been doing it on and off for 10 years) but I haven’t gotten back into it since I had my son. But that’s almost 6 months ago now, time to stop putting it off!
This sounds awesome. If I had the time to dedicate to 5 days of yoga and writing 800 words every day, I would, but I am just swamped at work.
Lame excuse, I know.
But I am curious to hear about your experience!

Well isn’t this neat? I think I can do the 750 a day word thing… as to the yoga, I think I might give it a try. I can do it at home, right? Doens’t have to be a yoga studio?
